• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone, and referring URL. This data is collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
• Cookie Data: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party cookies may be set by Google AdSense and Google Analytics (see Section 4).

Our free tier is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing history.

• Google uses the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on your visits to ThumbForge and other websites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You may also opt out of third-party vendor cookies by visiting aboutads.info.
• Pro tier subscribers ($9.99/month) receive a 100% ad-free experience with no third-party tracking cookies.

5. Community Gallery & Public Data

Free tier users' generated thumbnails may be displayed in our public Community Gallery for promotional and educational purposes. These images are considered public data. To keep your generations private, upgrade to the Pro tier. You may request removal of any previously published thumbnail by contacting us at haxceb@gmail.com.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs (generation history) are retained for 90 days for analytics purposes, then automatically purged. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing haxceb@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure authentication via Clerk, and rate limiting to prevent API abuse. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
